CCCRC
WHO WE ARE

Faith in action. Care that connects people to possibility.

Centro Cristiano Community Resource Center is a virtual-first, community-based resource and navigation center connecting individuals and families with care, resources, guidance, referrals, and coordinated support. Services are available online and through community-based service locations and partnerships, allowing CCCRC to meet people where they are.

OUR MISSION

Connect people with care, resources and coordinated support.

Centro Cristiano Community Resource Center exists to connect individuals and families with the care, resources, guidance and coordinated support they need to overcome barriers and move toward greater stability and well-being. Rooted in Christian love and service, we provide free, respectful and compassionate community navigation and case-management support to all people, regardless of faith, background or ability to pay.

OUR VISION

A community where no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.

We envision a community where every individual and family has a trusted place to turn for guidance, where barriers to essential resources are reduced, and where churches, healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, government agencies and neighbors work together so that no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.

LOVE · CONNECT · SERVE

Our faith becomes practical service.

Serve every person with dignity, compassion, kindness and respect.

CONNECT

Build meaningful connections between people, resources, organizations and community partners.

SERVE

Turn compassion into practical action through navigation, advocacy, coordination, referrals and follow-up.
