By accessing CCCRC websites or portals, users agree to use them lawfully and only for their intended community-service, partnership, sponsorship, training or administrative purposes. Accounts are individual and credentials may not be shared. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, misuse participant information, or use the system to harass or exploit others.
CCCRC may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, systems, records or operations. Portal access does not create entitlement to a particular service, benefit, funding decision or outcome.
↑ TopPrivacy Policy
CCCRC may collect information you provide through requests, accounts, intake forms, appointments, case-management activities, assessments, document uploads, training, partnership or sponsorship inquiries, media authorizations and complaints. We also may receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Information is used to provide and coordinate services, communicate, maintain records, protect systems, improve programs, fulfill authorized institutional activities and meet applicable operational or legal responsibilities. CCCRC seeks to limit access to people with an approved need to know. We do not treat acceptance of this Privacy Policy as a Release of Information or media authorization.
No internet or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. CCCRC uses reasonable role-based and operational safeguards and asks users not to send sensitive information through ordinary email or other unapproved channels.
↑ TopParticipant Rights & Responsibilities
Participants have the right to respectful treatment, understandable information, reasonable privacy, voluntary religious participation, access without unlawful discrimination, language/accessibility assistance when available, and a way to raise concerns without retaliation. Participants should provide accurate information to the best of their ability, treat others respectfully, protect portal credentials, attend or cancel appointments responsibly, and tell CCCRC when circumstances or contact information change.
↑ TopCommunity Services Disclaimer
CCCRC provides community navigation, coordination, referrals and case-management support. It is not 911, a medical clinic, law firm, psychotherapy practice or government benefits agency. CCCRC does not guarantee eligibility, housing placement, benefits approval, provider availability, medical results, legal outcomes, employment or third-party services. For an immediate threat to life or safety, use 911 or the appropriate emergency/crisis service.
↑ TopNondiscrimination, Accessibility & Language Access
CCCRC intends to provide community services without unlawful discrimination. We seek meaningful language access and reasonable accessibility support. A person who needs an accommodation, language assistance or who believes they experienced discrimination may use the Feedback & Complaints process.
↑ TopReligious Participation Notice
Core community services are free and are not conditioned on church membership, worship attendance, prayer, profession of faith, tithing or donation. Pastoral or spiritual support may be offered when appropriate or requested, but participation is voluntary and case-management records are maintained separately from pastoral records.
↑ TopFeedback, Complaints & Non-Retaliation
Anyone may submit a suggestion, compliment or complaint, including anonymously. Raising a concern in good faith will not affect eligibility for free services, church participation or treatment by CCCRC. CCCRC prohibits retaliation. Privacy, safety, discrimination and misconduct concerns may require escalation and information may be shared internally or externally when reasonably necessary to investigate, protect safety or meet applicable obligations.
Submit feedback or a complaint↑ TopMedia & Testimonial Policy
Photos, video, voice recordings, testimonials or identifying participant stories require separate appropriate media authorization. Service consent and a Release of Information do not automatically authorize publicity. Declining media authorization does not affect core services, and authorization may be limited by its stated terms.
↑ TopDonations & Sponsorship Terms
Donations and sponsorships help sustain free community services but do not purchase participant eligibility, priority, outcomes or access to confidential case information. CCCRC does not promise tax deductibility through this website; donors and sponsors should rely on official acknowledgments and their own tax advisers. Sponsorship recognition and advertising arrangements may be governed by separate written agreements.
↑ TopTraining & LMS Disclaimer
CCCRC training, quiz scores, supervisor approvals and completion certificates document internal or educational training only. They do not create professional licensure, clinical credentials, legal authority or permission to work beyond the learner's assigned role. Website permissions and professional scope remain separately controlled.
↑ TopThird-Party Resources & Information Accuracy
Community resources, links and referrals may change without notice. A referral or external link does not guarantee availability, eligibility, quality or endorsement. Third parties control their own programs, decisions, privacy practices and terms. Users should verify time-sensitive information directly with the responsible provider or agency.
↑ TopElectronic Communications & Intellectual Property
Electronic communications may be delayed, misdirected or unavailable and should not be used for emergencies. Users should use approved secure portal functions for sensitive records when available. CCCRC and/or its licensors retain rights in original website content, curriculum, forms, graphics, logos and training materials except where otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, sold or represented as another organization's work without authorization.
These policies may be updated as CCCRC services, technology, contracts or legal requirements change. Material changes should be dated and communicated appropriately.
